ENTIRE YEAR HUB Afterschool Program

The cost is $15.00 a day/student. Monday- Friday from 3:15 - 6:00pm.
Commitment made for the entire year will receive a discount. This sign up is for every day the Hub is open after school (Not including Early Dismissal days).
The first child will be $2450, the remaining subsequent students $2200 each. Reserving your spot for the entire year allows us to plan effectively and saves you returning each month to sign up. There are three payment options: Annual, Semi-Annual, and Quarterly.
Pick up will be at door 9, which is off the back parking lot between the Emmanuel Gym and Cafeteria with closest access via School Street.
**IMPORTANT** If your student currently has a medical action plan on file with the school nurse, you will need to complete a separate medical form to be kept on file to participate in the after-school program.
